poor service

the room was supposed to be clean, but I woke up with itchy bed bug bites, like how do they not notice that? and, what’s with the restaurant? no complimentary anything after we complained, felt like an inconvenience, honestly. a few more cares from the staff woudl ve been nice, but apparently that's asking too much.

The location was simply stunning, with breathtaking views of nature. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Bali. My family enjoyed visiting the local cafes nearby, and the nearby temples offered an authentic cultural experience.

My wife says that the shower needed some adjustment for better temperature control.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was super nice with cool amenities like a minibar, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Loved the pool with a view and the spa had amazing massages. The outdoor seating area was great for relaxing. I was solo traveler, and stayed for 2 nights in 2024-05-10.

This place suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi in public areas, infinity pool, and restaurant. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I truly appreciate. I recommend trying the massage services. I'll definitely return for a city break.
